Starting July 1st 2014 your trash service will now be included in your monthly home owners association dues.
This service does NOT include any bulk pick up, if you need to schedule a bulk pick up please contact our office for rates and schedules.

Trash (up to 90 gallons) and recyclables will be collected on the same day at the same time.

Please put all Recycle material in a bag. This helps reduce blow a ways and litter. If your recycle does not fit in the container place a bag next to your container and clearly mark it with an R.

Branches and yard waste can be put in trash containers, if branches are more than four feet long, please cut them to no longer than six feet and have them bundled next to the trash cans.

Reasonable amounts of construction debris, carpet, mirrors, and furniture will be collected for an additional fee. Please call a head so the drivers can accommodate the extra space required.

If a holiday falls on or before your trash day, know that pick up will be delayed one day.
